Part-Time Client Services Executive
Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working hours: Flexible between 8:15am and 4:45pm
Salary: £17.07 per hour + company benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Client Services Executive to join a successful and growing business in Harlow.
This is a varied role combining sales, account management and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business and providing excellent service to existing clients.
The Role

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Proactively contact prospective clients by telephone and email

Manage the sales process from lead generation through to conversion

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Develop and grow existing key accounts

Handle customer enquiries, orders, returns and complaints

Promote products and services to new and existing customers

Maintain accurate customer records and sales information

Research new markets and identify potential opportunities

Support the wider Customer Services team when required
About You
We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or account management

A strong track record of generating and closing new business

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence speaking with customers and prospective clients

A positive, resilient and target-driven approach
-
Strong organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
E-commerce experience would be desirable but is not essential.
