What we're looking for:
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent relevant qualification
Previous experience working in a nursery, pre-school or other early years setting is desirable
A genuine passion for helping young children learn, grow and develop
A warm, patient and nurturing approach
The ability to support and engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
