Working Pattern: Part Time (20 hours per week). Hybrid 1 day per week in one of the locations.
Our client, a leading independent energy regulator in Great Britain, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Learning & Capability (L&C) Administrator to join their dynamic Corporate Services team. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all L&C queries, ensuring seamless administration and support.
Assist the L&C team with daily tasks and ad hoc projects to enhance overall efficiency.
Coordinate a variety of L&C activities, guaranteeing a high-quality service to stakeholders across all levels.
Manage competing priorities with expert planning and prioritisation skills.
Promote a learning culture by providing professional advice and guidance to Ofgem colleagues.
Maintain and analyse data for decision-making, generating monthly reports and dashboards to highlight trends.
Communicate effectively to raise awareness of development opportunities, promoting various courses and initiatives. Key Outputs and Deliverables:
Act as an ambassador for the L&C team, delivering excellence in service to all stakeholders.
Oversee logistics for L&C activities, including course bookings and feedback collection.
Create engaging communications, such as newsletters and articles, to keep the organisation informed.
Ensure the quality of the L&C Sharepoint Hub and manage purchase orders efficiently.
Collaborate with external providers and support L&C initiatives through effective planning and organisation.Essential:
Proven experience in a fast-paced Learning, Development, and Capability administration role.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record of collaboration.
Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Customer-focused team player with experience in budget and invoice management.
