Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, correspondence, report preparation, and stakeholder liaison.

Coordinate client onboarding activities, support AML/KYC and compliance processes, prepare engagement documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Support employee onboarding, including inductions, system access, equipment allocation, training coordination, and personnel records management.

Assist with the day-to-day running of the office, liaising with colleagues, suppliers, IT providers, and external partners while supporting administrative process improvements.

Support operational projects, management reporting, marketing activities, social media, website updates, client communications, and business development initiatives.

Coordinate events and networking activities, including logistics, invitations, attendee management, and follow-up.

Provide finance administration support, including invoicing, billing, expenses, credit control, record maintenance, and bookkeeping assistance.
Experience and Skills Requirements

Degree educated or equivalent experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and adopting new systems, with a proactive and commercially aware approach.

Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within a legal, professional services, or regulated environment.

Knowledge of AML/KYC processes, client onboarding, CRM systems, and business support activities.

Event coordination, business development, marketing support, or accounts administration experience would be advantageous.
