Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Operative
Location: Wellingborough
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours 6am until 2pm and 2pm until 10pm rotating, all overtime paid at either time and a half or double time.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure optimal performance
Assembling and inspecting products to meet quality standards
Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets
Adhering to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed
