MUST HAVE'S

Minimum of 2 years proven success in regulated debt collection

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail

Resilience and the ability to handle challenging conversations

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Basic computer skills; full training on in-house systems provided

Engaging with customers via telephone and email to resolve payment issues

Building relationships to facilitate quick notification of payments made directly

Negotiating payment plans within strict compliance frameworks

Completing administrative tasks related to debt resolution

Supporting ad hoc duties as required to meet team goals
