Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Colchester-based client for a Production Operative to join their busy team.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production and warehouse environment, offering full training and opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble products in line with production schedules and quality standards.

Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.

Pick and prepare components required for production orders.

Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets.

Support warehouse operations, including stock handling and order picking.

Book in deliveries and replenish stock locations using handheld scanners.

Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.

Assist with stock control and dispatch checks.

Provide support across production and warehouse functions as required.
Requirements
Essential
-
Previous experience working in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.

Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced setting.

Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence and experience.
Desirable

Experience using ERP, warehouse management, or stock control systems.

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
