IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our reputable client working on a social housing contract across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements.

Conduct property surveys and gather all relevant data.

Identify energy efficiency improvement measures.

Produce accurate assessment reports and recommendations.

Work closely with retrofit coordinators, site teams, and clients.

Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:

Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor qualification).

Experience working within social housing is highly desirable.
-
Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit processes.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
-
Full UK Driving Licence.
