We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our client's busy, friendly workshop based in Haddenham on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting and supporting colleagues within the workshop
Inspecting products for faults, scratches, and quality issues
Preparing fragile products ready for dispatch
Ensuring all customer orders are correctly grouped and labelled
Assisting with manufacturing cutting processes
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times About You
Excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and reliable
Able to follow instructions and work safely
Strong communication skills
Keen to learn new skills and support the wider team
Takes pride in producing quality work
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience would be beneficial but is not essential What's on Offer?
