Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
Location: Guildford - free parking
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months) to Permanent
Permanent Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per month
Hourly Rate: £14.35 - £15.38
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon - Fri, office based, 37.5 hours per week

Our client, a Global organisation in the retail industry, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join their thriving team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism.
Respond to incoming calls within three rings and emails within 24 hours, maintaining the organisation's high standards of service.
Accurately enter orders in a timely manner and maintain customer master data.
Review and process new accounts in SAP swiftly, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
Assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, credits, returns, repairs, and product support.
Enhance the customer experience across B2B and B2C portals.
Foster strong internal relationships within the organisation globally.
Generate daily and monthly reports in accordance with established standards.
Maintain an organised and clean working environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong customer service focus; experience in commercial business is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP CRM and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
Preferably 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or order fulfilment environment
Preferred Skills:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC usage.
A positive attitude towards embracing and enhancing change.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
