Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team within the waste management sector.
Monday to Friday
8:00am–5:00pm
£20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, service and repair mobile and static plant machinery.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.

Work on equipment including loaders, conveyors, shredders, balers and compactors.

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

Maintain safe working practices and accurate maintenance records.
About You:
-
Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Mechanic or Maintenance Fitter.

Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
-
Experience with heavy plant or waste/recycling machinery is desirable.
-
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred.
-
Reliable, proactive and safety-focused.
