Pay: £80-£100 per day, depending on experience and assignment.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping post-16 learners access lessons, follow routines and work towards individual goals.
Adapt instructions and resources under tutor guidance to make learning accessible.
Reinforce communication, practical skills and independence through agreed activities.
Support engagement and emotional regulation using individual support plans.
Share observations with tutors and support staff to review progress and next steps.What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant
Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, or credible transferable experience supporting young people with SEND.
A Learning Support Assistant who builds respectful relationships and encourages learners to make choices for themselves.
Post-16 or specialist provision experience is advantageous, alongside clear communication and teamwork.
