Supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage

A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will prepare practical play experiences that develop early language and numeracy

The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support personal, social and emotional development through responsive routines

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you may contribute appropriate observations and share developmental next steps with teachers

An effective Level 3 Early Years Practitioner can encourage fine motor development, outdoor exploration and independent choices

Assist with snacks, hygiene and personal care as appropriate and follow safeguarding procedures.
What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

A recognised Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is ESSENTIAL for this Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role.

Relevant nursery, preschool or school EYFS experience.

Good understanding of learning through play and children's wellbeing.
