Wet Room Installer Required - Social Housing

We are currently seeking an experienced Wet Room Installer to join a growing team working across social housing properties throughout South West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience in wet room installations, bathroom adaptations, and disabled access works to secure a permanent position with a competitive salary and ongoing workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Full installation of wet rooms within occupied and void social housing properties.
Rip-out and preparation of existing bathrooms.
Installation of floor formers, tanking systems, drainage, and vinyl flooring.
Basic plumbing associated with wet room installations.
Fit sanitary ware, shower screens, grab rails, and other accessibility adaptations.

Requirements:

Proven experience installing wet rooms and bathroom adaptations.
Background working within social housing, local authority, or maintenance environments.
Good understanding of waterproofing and drainage systems.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
