As an Aftersales Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing commercial and technical quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts for agents and direct customers
Negotiating scope, pricing, discounts, payment terms and Incoterms independently
Following up quotations proactively to increase the hit rate, spotting opportunities to add parts and field service
Providing front line technical support to customers, agents and suppliers
Reviewing contracts and orders against quotations, making sure the supply chain is clear on certification, packaging and non-standard terms
Processing quotes and orders in SAP and Jeeves, and supplying pricing and market data for monthly reporting
As an Aftersales Coordinator, your experience will include:
At least 3 years in a administration/sales environment, ideally technical or B2B, with a service-minded approach
An interest, Degree, HNC or HND in an engineering
Confidence negotiating price, delivery times and commercial terms
Experience using SAP, Jeeves or Intelliquip would be an advantage, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills
A proactive, accurate approach with a genuine hunter mentality
