E-Commerce Administrator – Part-TimeHours: 16 hours per week, TBA Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, between 8:00am–5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm Location:** Office-based-Stone
We are currently recruiting for an experienced E-Commerce Administrator to join a friendly and growing business on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous e-commerce, online marketplace or administration experience to take responsibility for supporting the day-to-day running of the company’s online sales channels. You will play an important role in maintaining product listings, processing online activity and helping to grow the company’s presence across key marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce platforms

Create, upload and maintain product listings across eBay, Amazon and other online marketplaces including product descriptions, pricing, images and stock information - Monitor online orders and respond to customer enquiries

Ensure product information, pricing and stock levels remain accurate and up to date - Support the development and growth of online sales channels

Assist with improvements to marketplace visibility and online presence

Work closely with colleagues to support business growth and maintain high levels of customer service

Carry out general e-commerce and administrative duties as required
Candidate Requirements
-Previous experience within an e-commerce, online sales or administration role

Essential experience using Amazon Seller Central and eBay business platforms

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Good written communication skills, particularly when producing product descriptions and online content

Confident and professional communication skills
-Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload effectively

Proactive, positive and comfortable working as part of a team

Good general IT skills and confidence using online systems and software
