About the Role
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for product and retail? We are seeking a Buyers Admin Assistant to join a dynamic Product team.
In this central support role, you will be key to keeping the buying function running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. From critical path management and data precision to sample coordination and supplier liaison, you’ll gain hands-on, foundational experience across the full product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Critical Path Management: Track and maintain the critical path from initial brief through to product launch, highlighting any potential risks or roadblocks in weekly team meetings.

Data & System Integrity: Maintain accurate product and pricing data, create SKUs, and update range plans across internal systems.

Technical & Compliance Tracking: Coordinate the technical assessment process, checking reports and certificates to ensure compliance and timely approvals.

Supplier Communication: Liaise clearly and directly with suppliers to capture product data, design files, packaging, manuals, and order assets.

Product Listings & Knowledge: Collaborate with Buyers to build market-leading product content and build in-depth knowledge of product ranges.

Sample Coordination: Manage, organize, track, and store product samples at every stage.

Quality Assurance: Review supplier inspection reports and escalate any potential shipment risks promptly.
