So, what will you be doing?

Developing and maintaining staff rotas and coordinating changes when required
-
Monitoring staffing levels and identifying any staffing shortfalls
-
Working closely with the office team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
-
Liaising with clients, families, colleagues and external organisations
-
Organising staff meetings, agendas and meeting minutes
-
Supporting recruitment through candidate screening and interviews
-
Helping with the on boarding and induction of new employees
-
Working with the Finance Team to ensure employee hours and attendance information is accurate
-
Supporting client assessments and keeping relevant records and plans up to date
-
Coordinating the out-of-hours service on a rota basis
-
Maintaining accurate records across company systems
-
Supporting the wider management team with ongoing operational requirements
