Hybrid, minimum 2 days in Worcester office once fully trained
(6-8 weeks initial training in office full time)
£27,261 plus commission (up to £4k)

What You’ll Do
· Identify sales opportunities through inbound & outbound customer conversations
· Recommend products and solutions that genuinely meet customer needs
· Achieve sales, revenue and conversion targets
· Build strong, consultative relationships with customers
· Upsell and cross‑sell relevant products and services
· Support a positive, sustainable workplace culture
What You Need
· Experience in customer support or sales (phone-based ideal)
· Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving skills
· Confidence in a commercial, target‑driven environment
· Ability to build rapport quickly and deliver great customer experiences
· Self‑motivation, attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset
