We are currently recruiting for multiple Assembly Operatives to join a highly successful and well-established business in Hastings. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided, although experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment would be beneficial.
The role involves the manual assembly of detailed components, so good hand dexterity, patience and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Salary: £12.80 p/h
Key Responsibilities
Manually assembling small and intricate components
Working carefully and accurately to specific instructions
Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Following established processes and procedures
Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Skills & Experience Required
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work carefully and accurately with small components
Reliable and committed approach to work
Good ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
Previous manufacturing or engineering experience would be beneficial but is not essential
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a successful business
