Completing risk assessments for council properties in Tunbridge Wells and throughout Kent
Working across schools and commercial buildings
Surveying hot and cold water systems on site
Identifying risks and recommending suitable control measures
Producing detailed reports with schematic drawings
Advising clients on remedial actions in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274What you'll bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in Legionella risk assessment
Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
Confidence managing your own workload and liaising with clients
Full DBS
Full UK driving licenceAbout the business
