Field Sales Coordinator
Location: Oxford & Surrounding Region (Home-Based with Field Travel)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Salary: Up to £26,000 basic + Performance Bonuses (£40,000+ OTE Year 1) + Company Car

We are working with an established organisation looking for a personable and enthusiastic Field Sales Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied, field-based role combining relationship building, presentations, regular travel and ongoing support. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting different people and working towards clear goals.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for developing relationships across your region, arranging and attending meetings and delivering engaging presentations and information sessions.
You'll also provide ongoing support to individuals and families, helping them through each stage of their journey and making sure they have the information and encouragement they need.
The role will include:

Making outbound calls to arrange meetings and appointments, building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts

Visiting organisations and delivering engaging presentations

Speaking confidently to groups and adapting your approach to different audiences

Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals, communicating with parents and other stakeholders

Working towards individual and team targets

Managing your own diary and planning your regional travel

Keeping accurate records and following up with contacts

Representing the organisation professionally at all times
