Hours: 37.5 per week (Mon - Thurs 8.15-4.30 / Fri 8.15-3.15)
Salary: up to £30,000

We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our team as our new EHCP Coordinator / SEND Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective administration, coordination, and compliance of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review processes across Quorn Hall School. Key responsibilities including ensuring that all statutory requirements are met in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and that EHCP reviews are conducted efficiently, accurately, and collaboratively with all stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional organisational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills when liaising with learners, parents and carers, school staff and Local Authority partners. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the SENDCo by coordinating, arranging and note taking, PEP and LAC reviews and assisting in the and maintaining accurate SEN and Medical records.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of EHC Plans, Annual Reviews, LAC Reviews, PEPs and use of administrative and clerical systems (essential)
- Minimum of 1 year experience of working with SENDCo in an educational or other similar setting (desirable)
- Experience of leading meetings with multiple stakeholders essential)
- Strong evidence of ability to use IT systems such as Google and school MIS packages (essential)
- GCSE English and Maths (A*-C), Adult Literacy & Numeracy Level 2 equivalent or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant knowledge area (essential)
- A-levels, Further Professional Qualifications or NPQSEND (desirable)
