Are you an experienced Quality, Compliance or Governance professional looking for a senior regional role within elderly care?
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Quality Director to support a large portfolio of nursing and care homes across the North Division.
This is a high-profile regional position supporting a large and growing portfolio of services, with further homes due to open, and will suit an experienced quality, compliance, clinical governance or senior operational professional who can provide strong regulatory oversight while working collaboratively with Home Managers and senior leadership teams.
As Regional Quality Director, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of quality, compliance and governance across the division, ensuring consistently high standards of care and regulatory compliance across all services.
You will work closely with Home Managers, Regional Operations teams and senior leadership to identify areas for improvement, provide robust assurance and drive sustainable quality improvement.
We are looking for an experienced Quality, Compliance, Governance or Clinical professional with a strong background within adult social care, ideally with significant experience across multiple nursing or care homes.
You will ideally have:
At least 5 years' experience within a care and quality/compliance environment.
Significant experience within the adult social care sector.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards and associated processes.
Proven experience managing or overseeing quality assurance systems and auditing.
Experience working across multiple care homes/sites.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, incident management and quality improvement.
A Registered Nurse qualification/current NMC PIN would be highly desirable, although candidates with strong relevant clinical knowledge will also be considered.
A full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the division. Most importantly, you'll be a confident and credible leader who can build strong relationships with operational teams while providing appropriate challenge and accountability around quality and compliance.
