Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Location: Havering, East London
Start date: ASAP
Setting: Nurseries and early years settings
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll help children feel secure and ready to explore, communicate and learn through play.
Key Responsibilities for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
Support engaging activities and daily care routines.
Encourage communication, independence and social development.
Help observe children's progress and support their next steps.
Maintain a safe, inclusive setting alongside the wider team.
What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.
Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
A nurturing, proactive manner and sound safeguarding awareness.
An enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply for one.
