Our client, a highly regarded London law firm, is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join its People team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Advisor to join the firm's People Advisory team in a broad generalist role supporting fee-earning and business services client groups.
Key responsibilities will include:
Advising managers and employees on disciplinary, grievance, performance and other employee relations matters
Supporting the implementation of People policies, initiatives and wider business objectives
Managing family-friendly leave processes, including advising employees on entitlements and supporting their transition back into the business
Supporting sickness absence management, occupational health referrals and return-to-work processes
Coaching and supporting managers through employee conversations and performance matters
Supporting performance and development processes, including training requirements, succession planning and promotion activity
Working closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activity, including role scoping, approvals, job descriptions and internal talent
Managing probation processes and ensuring new joiners receive effective onboarding
Supporting remuneration processes, salary benchmarking and monthly payroll submissions
Analysing People data including sickness, turnover and other management information to identify trends and areas for improvement
Supporting organisational reviews, team structures and wider People projects
Contributing to wellbeing, diversity, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives
Building strong relationships across specialist teams including Reward, Talent Acquisition, Early Careers, Learning and Diversity & WellbeingRequirements
The successful candidate will have significant generalist HR experience, including at least 2 years' experience operating at People Advisor, HR Advisor or a similar level
Experience within the legal sector is highly desirableVacancy Highlights
