Working Foreman
Bristol | £45k- £48k per annum
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced working Foreman for a regional contractor specialising in general build projects across Bristol and surround.
Key Duties
Oversee management of construction project up to a value of £1 million
Management of sub contractors and day to day coordination
Able to complete aspects of multi-trade work when required
Maintain accurate site records and paperwork
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
Requirements
Proven working Foreman /supervisory experience within the construction industry
CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS
Trade background (preferred)
Ability to manage varied scope; build/ fit-out/ refurb
Previous experience within industrial and commercial build projects
