We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to work on occupied social housing properties across Bristol, carrying out finishing and snagging works on kitchens and bathrooms.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you’ll be picking up the final bits and making sure everything is finished to a good standard. The work will include:
Carpentry and basic joinery
Painting and making good
Patching and repairs
Minor plumbing
Silicone and mastic work
General snagging and finishing
Working around tenants in occupied propertiesWe’re looking for a Multi Trade Operative with previous experience carrying out snagging, finishing work or working within social housing. You’ll need your own van and tools, along with DBS and Asbestos Awareness.
