Recruitment Sales Consultant
£30,000 basic salary + commission
Fresh Start Recruitment UK Limited is an established, independent recruitment agency with over 22 years’ experience supporting businesses across the industrial, commercial and engineering sectors.
We’re looking for a confident, ambitious and personable Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our established team and play an important part in the continued growth of the business.
The role itself is primarily focused on business development and sales. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, contacting prospective clients, developing existing relationships and ultimately winning new business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making sales calls to new and existing businesses, identifying potential clients and opportunities, speaking with business owners and decision-makers, arranging and attending face-to-face meetings, developing long-term client relationships and growing our existing client base.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, has natural confidence, is commercially minded and genuinely wants to succeed.
In return, we offer a £30,000 basic salary plus commission, with the opportunity to earn more as you develop your client base and achieve results.
Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus 8 bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus 8 bank holidays following successful completion of probation.
You will need a full driving licence and own transport, be comfortable travelling locally to attend client meetings.
