Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Administrator to join a well-established, family-run construction business based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
The company specialises in insurance-related residential and commercial repairs, working with clients, insurers, loss adjustors, contractors and suppliers across a wide range of projects.
Working closely with a team of Contract Managers, the successful candidate will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from an administrative and customer service perspective. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with customers and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
Previous experience within an administration, customer service or claims-related role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with clients by telephone and email
Professional and approachable manner
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
IT literate and confident learning new systems
Experience using CRM systems advantageous
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team

Key Responsibilities
Respond to emails and enquiries from clients, insurers, loss adjustors and other stakeholders
Communicate confidently with clients by telephone and email
Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress
Liaise with loss adjustors, insurance companies, contractors and suppliers
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Managers
Monitor multiple live construction and insurance repair projects
Maintain and update multiple CRM systems
Keep project databases and records accurate and up to date
Maintain contact details, project information, correspondence and relevant documentation
Monitor outstanding issues and upcoming deadlines
Ensure Contract Managers are kept informed of important project updates
