Production Operative – Widnes
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hexagon Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer in Widnes. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their expanding team, with the opportunity to move to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties may include:
Operating and monitoring the packing line to ensure products are packed accurately and efficiently
Blending dry powdered goods to recipe
Palletising finished goods safely and securely in line with company standards
Wrapping and preparing pallets for storage and dispatch
Carrying out manual handling tasks in accordance with safe working practices, including heavy lifting up to 25kg
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the production area
Complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
Undertaking additional production duties as required
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, requiring attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Previous production or manufacturing experience
A positive and reliable attitude
Good timekeeping and attendance
Ability to work as part of a team
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Comfortable with physically active work, including regular heavy lifting
