An established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with private family law experience who is confident managing their own caseload and looking to progress their career within a supportive and established firm.
Family Solicitor Responsibilities:
Managing your own caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
Providing clear, practical legal advice and representation to clients.
Drafting legal correspondence, statements, applications and other court documentation.
Managing case progression, deadlines and applications.
Managing client relationships, case progression, deadlines and billing effectively.The ideal candidate will have:
At least 2+ years PQE
Experience independently managing their own caseload.
Strong knowledge of private family law procedures and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation and client care skills.
