Extrusion Setter / Operator
Salary: £14.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 48 hours per week
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00am – 6:00pm

We are working with a well-established manufacturer within the cable management industry who is looking to add an Extrusion Setter / Operator to their production team.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who already has experience within extrusion, however, this isn't essential. My client is happy to train someone who has a good manufacturing background, is comfortable working with machinery and is keen to learn.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting and operating extrusion machinery
Preparing machines for production runs
Completing machine changeovers and adjustments
Monitoring production and checking product quality
Troubleshooting basic machine and production issues
Working with materials such as PVC, Polyurethane, Megalon and Nylon
Packing finished products
Completing basic production paperwork
Keeping your work area clean and safe
