Purpose of the Job - Resident Liaison Officer
Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout gas repairs and servicing works, ensuring they are kept informed and supported.
Coordinate appointments between residents, operatives and contractors, ensuring works are arranged efficiently and within required timescales.
Manage and resolve resident enquiries and complaints, providing clear updates and escalating issues where necessary.
Liaise with contractors, supervisors and internal teams to monitor the progress of works and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
Maintain accurate records and update systems to reflect job progress, appointments, complaints and outcomes.
Support the delivery of excellent customer service by building positive relationships with residents and ensuring a smooth and coordinated repairs service
