What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs

Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult

Helping students regulate emotions and engage in learning

Delivering one-to-one and small-group support

Encouraging participation, confidence, and personal development

Using creativity and initiative to support individual learning needs
