Description
Manage and maintain senior staff members' diaries and schedules.
Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of senior staff.
Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and manage filing systems, both digital and physical.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Profile
A successful PA should have:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
