Caretaker – FE College
Location: Eastbourne
Rate: £16–£19 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Ongoing
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join a Further Education College in Eastbourne on a full-time, ongoing basis.
Duties include:

General caretaking and site maintenance

Minor repairs and maintenance

Ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained

Setting up rooms and facilities

Supporting contractors and responding to maintenance issues
Requirements:

Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience
-
Practical and proactive approach
-
Good communication skills
-
Reliable and professional attitude
-
Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
