Description
Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Prepare and process shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues promptly.
Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery statuses.
Analyse logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics costs.
Support the implementation of new logistics processes and systems as required.Profile
A successful Logistics Coordinator should have:
Experience in logistics or supply chain ideally within the FMCG sector.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Job Offer
Salary ranging from £33,000 to £35,000, dependent on the level of experience.
