Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor
Brentford | 20 hours per week | Up to £13.22 per hour + Uncapped Commission

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established national storage company for a Permanent Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team based at their Brentford offices.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and achieving results.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
Handling inbound and outbound sales calls
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understanding customer needs and providing tailored quotations
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Processing deposits and arranging follow-up contact
Maintaining accurate customer information on the CRM system
Delivering excellent customer service and escalating complaints when requiredAbout You:
At least 2 years' experience within a call/contact centre environment
A natural sales ability and positive, "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong customer service skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A results-driven approach and the ability to work well within a small team
Previous complaint-handling experience would be advantageous
Hours & Salary
Permanent, Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Salary: Up to £13.22 per hour + uncapped commission
Location: Brentford, TW7
The working pattern will include:
Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
