Business Systems Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team in Liverpool. The role will initially focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HR/Talent systems, with opportunities to work across wider business applications.
The Role
You'll work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to:
Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
Gather requirements and identify process improvements.
Manage testing, upgrades, troubleshooting and system changes.
Support HR data, reporting and integrations.
Work with SAP CPI and other business systems.About You
We're looking for someone with:
Experience working with HR/Talent systems in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across modules such as Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Compensation or Recruiting.
Experience with integrations/SAP CPI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
