Clayton Legal is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm seeking a Commercial Property Litigator with 3 years' PQE or more to join their team at their Northwich office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator with a strong interest in property disputes to join an established team, working on a varied caseload and alongside experienced colleagues across the wider Commercial Property department.
The Role
You will join an existing team of seven, dealing with a broad range of commercial property disputes and contentious property matters.
Your work will include:
Commercial property disputes
Property-related notices
Enforcement matters
Dilapidation claims and issues
Landlord and tenant disputes
Advising clients on contentious property matters
Working closely with colleagues across the wider Commercial Property team
Collaborating with the team based at Sutton Weaver
The role provides the opportunity to work on an established caseload while becoming part of a wider Commercial Property offering, with strong collaboration between the Northwich and Sutton Weaver teams.
About You
We are looking for a Commercial Property Litigator with at least 3 years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within an established property-focused environment.
You will ideally have:
At least 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property Litigation or a closely related area
Experience dealing with commercial property disputes
Knowledge of notices, enforcement and/or dilapidations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage your own caseload effectively
A commercial and client-focused approach
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
The firm is open to candidates with varying levels of experience beyond the 3-year PQE requirement, provided you have the appropriate commercial property litigation background.
