Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Droitwich, is currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join their production team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous machine operating experience who are looking to secure a long-term position with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating moulding and production machinery

Loading raw materials into machines

Carrying out quality inspections on finished products

Monitoring production processes and reporting any issues

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements:

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred

Good attention to detail and quality standards

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Physically fit and capable of lifting materials weighing up to 25kg

Able to work effectively as part of a team
