Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Broom Assembler to join our client’s busy manufacturing operation in Pershore.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role involving the assembly of brooms and other products using a variety of hand and power tools. You will be working on your feet throughout the day, so a good level of fitness and the ability to work at pace are important.
The Role

Assembling brooms and related products

Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Following instructions and production requirements

Working efficiently to meet daily targets

Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Working as part of a busy production team

Standing and moving around for the majority of the shift
The Ideal Candidate

Previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential

Comfortable using hand and power tools
-
Able to work at a fast pace
-
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
-
Good attention to detail
-
Comfortable with a physically active role and being on your feet all day

Able to work well as part of a team
What’s On Offer?

£13.40 per hour through the agency

£13.88 per hour once permanent

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
