Finance and Projects Coordinator - About The Role
You will take responsibility for key finance processes including invoicing, credit control, supplier management, project cost tracking and financial reporting. The finance element is the primary focus of the role, although you will also gain exposure to wider business operations, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop alongside a growing organisation.
Finance
Raising sales invoices and submitting to HQ.
Chasing overdue invoices and managing credit control activities.
Liaise with suppliers, partners, and key external stakeholders
Monitoring project costs, budgets and profitability.
Producing financial reports and supporting budgeting activities.
Working closely with HQ finance on reporting and compliance.
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
Operations & Business Support
Maintain and improve office and operational processes across the UK team.
Manage documentation, filing, and SAP-based project tracking
Oversee daily office operations, logistics, facilities, and act as the main office contact
Supporting project administration and reporting.
The successful Finance and Projects Coordinator will have :
Previous experience in a finance role.
Experience monitoring budgets, project costs or job costing.
Strong Excel skills, including spreadsheets, reporting and data analysis.
Experience working within an ERP system (SAP experience advantageous).
Comfortable working independently, able to identify issues and take ownership of solutions .
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ambitious and keen to develop
