THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Resourcer or Delivery Consultant to support our Transportation and Buildings teams. The level of the role is matched to your experience.
You will find and engage the right candidates for our consultants' vacancies across highways, rail, building services and construction. It is the ideal foundation for progressing into a full 360 consultant role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, screen and shortlist candidates using the CRM, job boards, LinkedIn and your own network
Recruit engineers, designers, project managers, site managers and building services professionals
Advertise vacancies and network proactively to build strong talent pools
Interview candidates to understand their skills and motivations, and match them accurately to roles
Manage candidates through the process, keeping them informed and engaged
Handle queries on contracts, pay and logistics
Keep the CRM accurate, generate call lists and maintain compliance standards
Deliver against activity KPIs and contribute to team targetsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Good IT skills and quick to learn new systems
