Handyman (Temp to Perm)
Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | £27,000 Pro Rata

Fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hands-on Handyman / yard support operative to join a manufacturing company in Rugby in a temp to perm position.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable supporting a variety of operational and site-based tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Jet washing, cleaning, and stripping down second-hand equipment
- Assisting with the movement of machinery
- Supporting general site upkeep, including breaking down pallets and waste materials
- Carrying out painting, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks
- Supporting warehouse racking installation
- Helping with stock relocation and replacement as new systems are implemented
- Providing support during on-site installations, including two-person lifts and equipment setup
- Undertaking general DIY and ad hoc tasks across the site
Skills & Experience:
- Practical DIY skills and confidence using tools such as drills, grinders, and multi-tools
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Forklift License (preferred - not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
