Phoenix Recruitment Services are seeking to recruit a Fork Lift Truck Driver / Waste Management operative based in Halstead, Essex.
Pay rate – Hourly rate £13.75
Working times: 6.30am – 3.30pm, 9-hour shift but with an hour unpaid lunch. – 40 hours worked per week.
Job Specification:
To provide a high-quality cleaning service by maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.Responsible for delivering cleaning and hygiene services throughout the site with Forklift Truck duties and portering of item around the site.
Main Duties:
The main duties would be moving waste bins from the working areas of the site to the waste yard.You will also use a compactor and baler – but training would be given.
Fork Lift driving Licence required for this role
Experience & knowledge:
Physical manual handling required to fulfil the role
Experience with FLT operations
Good level of verbal communication
Previous cleaning and/or housekeeping experience (preferred)
Experience in an industrial, warehouse, or production environment
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Positive “can-do” attitude.
Strong teamworking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
