General Foreman
Our client is looking for an experienced General Foreman to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project.
General Foreman Responsibilities

Supervise day to day earthworks and civils activities.

Manage site teams, plant operators and subcontractors.

Coordinate labour, plant and materials.
-
Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to specification.

Carry out site inspections and toolbox talks.
-
Liaise with site management to ensure smooth delivery of works.
General Foreman Requirements
-
Previous General Foreman experience on earthworks/civils projects.
-
Gold CSCS card.
-
SMSTS or SSSTS.
-
First Aid qualification.
-
Strong earthworks and civils background.
-
Good leadership and communication skills.
