🔧 Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be an experienced, versatile construction handyman, capable of carrying out a range of tasks on a busy construction site.
Typical duties will include:
🔨 General carpentry, repairs and installations.
🎨 Painting and decorating.
🧱 Minor masonry, brickwork and concrete repairs.
🏠 General building maintenance and repairs.
🛠️ Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
✅ Maintaining a safe, tidy working environment and completing tasks to a high standard.
👷 What We're Looking For
✔️ Proven experience as a construction site handyman or general builder.
✔️ Valid CSCS card.
✔️ Own tools and PPE.
✔️ Good practical skills across multiple construction trades.
✔️ Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
✔️ References to support previous experience.
