Personal Assistant
PA to Managing Director Job in Christchurch
£30 - 35,000 per annum, 25 days holiday
Hours of Monday – Friday 8.15am – 5pm

They are recruiting for a PA to support the Managing Director and provide support to the day to day operations and HR team.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant Job in Christchurch:

Diary management for the Managing Director

Coordinating personal appointments

Liaising with Heads of Discipline to coordinate meetings and follow up on actions

Supporting MD in meeting preparations and follow up of own action points

Audio typing letters and memos
-
Taking minutes at senior management and board meetings

Administering the Manging Directors mileage and expenses claims
-
Drafting letters following a verbal brief from the MD.

Supporting Human Resources with administration tasks as required e.g. coordinating training courses, document control.

Compiling Operational & Maintenance Manuals for completed projects
Knowledge & Experience:

Demonstratable experience with discretion and confidentiality

Excellent communication skills at all levels

A high level of attention to detail and able to anticipate needs

Experience in a varied office based administration role
